These Studio Terms govern your use of the Lark & Lily website, an independent flower shop at 27 Sandringham Road, Mount Eden, Auckland 1024, New Zealand. By visiting or using these pages, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please leave the site. We arrange hand-tied bouquets, wedding florals, local delivery, sympathy tributes, desk plants, and gift cards. Nothing on this site is a prize, a ranking, or a promise that a Saturday extra crate will still be free after the evening packing. Lark & Lily has traded since March 2018. Classic Bouquets, Wedding Florals, Local Delivery, Sympathy Tributes, Desk Plants, and Gift Cards are the benches we currently staff. Write to [email protected] if a page disagrees with a card you were quoted. New Zealand consumer law that cannot be excluded still applies to wraps you book at this building. We are a florist, not a wholesale market, and we do not claim nationwide next-hour coverage.

Use of the pages

You may browse public pages, read notes on bouquet wraps, weekday hours, group holds, seasonal gift cards, and delivery crates, and write through the published forms. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading information. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or requests that treat this shop as a same-hour two-bench factory. Comments about hours, stem counts, and cooler notes are guest remarks, not a contract until the studio confirms a wrap in writing. A notes article is coverage of how florals currently sit in the cooler, not a ticket. Forms on these pages go to the Auckland studio, not to a third-party contest.

Wraps and copy

Descriptions of bouquets, including classic seasonal mixes, bridal pieces, delivery routes, sympathy sheaves, desk plants, gift cards, stem counts, message trays, and Tuesday market sorting days, are studio notes based on how the cooler currently sits. We may update copy at any time when a bench, New Zealand dollar price, or stem ticket changes. A notes article is not a contract, not a slot guarantee, and not a claim that a seasonal voucher will return next month. Shop in person or write for a weekday group window; Lark & Lily does not run a remote warehouse from this site. Two to six wraps is the range we will actually staff unless a price card says otherwise. Two benches on the same hour usually need three working days so we can staff both briefings.

Marks and ownership

LarkLily, Lark & Lily, and original text, layout, and photographs on this website belong to the shop for the pages we publish. Grower names and variety labels belong to their owners. Supplier marks in the decorative grower row are labels only, not exclusive contracts. You may not copy, sell, or republish our original notes without permission, except for reasonable personal, non-commercial viewing. You also may not present this site as a franchise or as another florist’s storefront. Bouquet names on the list are ours for this building; they are not a claim that no other city uses similar stories. Photographs of coolers are shop documentation, not a licence to reprint grower marks elsewhere.

The site may link to social networks and other external websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use those sites under their own terms. A link to a map or a font provider is a citation, not a claim that Lark & Lily is affiliated with those companies. Wrap calendars and named holds live in the studio diary, not on a third-party feed. Contact mail still goes to [email protected] even if you found us through a social icon. A map pin is a location aid, not a promise that reception is staffed outside published hours.

Limits

The website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Lark & Lily is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including downtime, inaccurate copy, or a mismatch between a notes page and a stem that sold after the evening packing. We do not guarantee leftover Saturday hours after nine, a seasonal voucher after the last listed week, or a two-bench party hold with fewer than three working days. Wraps sold at the studio still belong to the shop that staffs them. Nothing on these pages is a prize claim. New Zealand law that cannot be excluded continues to apply to bookings made with this shop.

Data

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy page and Cookies page. Contact mail goes to [email protected] for this shop only. We do not use guest mail to alter anyone else’s wrap hour, stem count, or group hold. Names and counts on a booking card stay with the studio diary until that wrap is packed or cancelled.

Changes and the visit page

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Last revised 4 August 2026.
