We arrange hand-tied bouquets, wedding florals, local delivery, sympathy tributes, desk plants, and gift cards. This notice covers the shop website and the notes you send about stem counts, delivery suburbs, and seasonal lists. It does not cover payment terminals run by a bank, a courier tracking page after a parcel leaves, or social networks you open from the header icons. Lark & Lily has traded since March 2018. New Zealand privacy rules that apply to this shop still apply even if you found us through a social link. We are a florist, not a wholesale market, and we do not claim nationwide next-hour coverage.

What we collect

We may collect information you send us directly, including your name, email address, phone number, collection hour, stem count, colour preference, and the message you submit through the contact form or seasonal list. We also receive basic technical data such as your browser type, device, and pages viewed, which helps us keep the bouquets, gallery, and legal pages readable. We do not ask for bank passwords or identity documents through this site. If a message accidentally includes a card number, we delete it when we notice and we still answer the flower question in the remaining text. Access notes stay with the card so the studio can confirm which benches we can actually open for that hour.

How we use that information

A florist in the studio may receive a name, hour, and colour note so the briefing can start on time. Mail about florals still goes to [email protected] for this building only.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the reasons above, including answering your note, running the seasonal list, or meeting legal duties. After that, we delete or anonymize it. Comment names on a notes thread may remain if you posted them in public; write us if you want a public remark removed where we can still identify the post. Technical logs rotate on a shorter cycle than contact mail. Cooler notes stay with a booking until that wrap is packed or cancelled. Named holds that expire on Friday are removed from the live board even if we keep a short studio record for the week.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop using it for seasonal mail. Write to [email protected] to make a request and include enough detail for us to find the record without collecting extra data. We will not ask you to prove a past wrap as a condition of a privacy request. Card charges remain with your bank; this shop cannot reverse a terminal payment from a privacy form.
